This was a lovely, very clean hotel in a good location. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, with many options. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. There is a pool and a fitness room, but we did not use them. If there had been a mini fridge in the room, it would have been perfect.

the customer service was unlike anything we’ve experienced in Mexico. from the valet parking to the receptionist to the waiter at the breakfast place. we felt very much at home and with a very welcoming team. first time in CV and was very impressed.

Great Service at an outstanding price. Well maintained Hotel with Samsung Smart TVs and super fast internet. Also outstanding staff, from check in staff to the cooked to order included breakfast an excellent stay.

The hotel it's downtown so everything you need it's at walking distance. The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and organized and the bed was really comfortable. I do recommend.
